This is the latest and greatest in HHO enrichment technology. These new units are being sold primarily for extending genset runtimes and reducing emissions on small and stationary engines, but can also be used in vehicle applications.
If you have come to this site you are already aware of this technology and my openly disclosed designs. You have seen the mileage claims and supporting evidence. Here are some of the reports by myself and others that have been made in the past few years using stainless steel technologies:
Many of you already know what these devices do and how you plan on using them. There is a good chance you have already built one and seen the results for yourself. You know there is no law or mandate against them, and you know what kind of gains you can expect to see if you were to install them on a motor vehicle. We sell these new titanium designs primarily for the purpose of applying them on stationary applications, or where the production of hydrogen and oxygen is desireable. The hydrogen can be separated from the oxygen and used for fuel cell technology or energy storage as well.
These devices are NOT fuel switching devices by any means. Also, none of these devices "defeat, bypass, or render inoperative" any of the stock fuel management sytems on any vehicle as directed by EPA regulations - The Clean Air Act Tiltle II. The applications they are installed on still operate primarily from fossil fuels.
I have done the research on this and have found that proper EPA certifications for automotive devices cost $27,000 - $50,000. So I am starting a donation campaign to fund this testing of my own devices. Below is a donation link specifically for EPA testing funds. When the required amount is achieved, I will apply for the certification process. Once finished, I will post the results of the certifications on this page. Then and only then will I resume my OFFICIAL mileage claims. Just keep in mind mileage boosting is not the primary focus of this company. Boosting vehicles can only be a means to an end - an interim band-aid while more efficient designs are being developed such as my EV Corvair project.
Boosting results vary due to the wide array of applications. No 2 vehicles are exactly the same. It is nearly impossible to make a solid definite numerical percent claim that can cover all applications equally due to the huge variance of vehicle applications and manufacturer's. A good example of this is the 16% gains I have reported on my Smacksmobile which is different from the 20% gains I have posted on my Thundernutz bike. Booster users often end up battling the stock computers tendancy to add more fuel as a result of the cleaner burn hydroxy promotes. Each ECU presents its own set of tuning challenges. This can reduce gains in some cases when not properly tuned. It is notable to mention that in all my years of testing, I have never seen a mileage LOSS with a properly installed HHO device. But not everyone is an experienced builder and tuner. In short, I have determined via extensive testing that modern engines and control systems were not designed to use hydrogen or hydroxy fuel effectively without intervention. In order to get them to utilize this superior fuel effectively, each vehicle needs to be individually tuned and remapped at a professional CERTIFIED facility. If you do not have acess to such facilities, I highly recommend the use of the VOLO CHIP, an interactive and 100% road legal tuning tool made specifically for HHO systems. My own testing has yeilded positive results using this product. I was so pleased that I decided to become a Volo chip distributor and now offer programmed chips wired into OBDII connectors for a complete plug and play system! Each done on a case by case basis such as I have done with my "Thundernutz" bike which gets a consistent 20% gain in mileage. This being said, our primary goal as a company is to remove the internal combustion engine as the primary mover altogether. So battling ECU maps is pointless in the long term.
D.P.A.E.D. intends to ultimately provide a service to retrofit gasoline powered vehicles to EV powered machines with on board hydrogen boosted gensets. Aside from my H2EVair project, I have been involved with custom EV projects. Boosting gensets is much easier and effective as most do not have compter controls, but easily tuned carburators. They also run at constant RPM's which further aids in the tuning process. Combine HHO technology with fuel vaporization technology we are currently developing and you can see and understand that selling boosters is only one aspect of DP Engineering.

With EPA certifications, no oil backed interests can attack these designs and threaten to report this company to various agencies. With full EPA certifications there can be no argument of the viability of this product or supporting mileage claims.

So that being said - be aware that the gas quality of these titanium substrate technologies is greater than that of SS. Evidence of this can easily be seen in the water quality of the units. Dirty water also equates to dirty gas output. Titanium substrate technology has a 60 year PROVEN history in the water purification industry, so the end user can be assured that this technology is proven, safe, clean and viable.

Our kits are composed of the following:
Now being offered is a more complete booster kit with pump, relay, breaker, wire, amp meter and connectors. Kit also includes all this plus 8ft of poly hose, 1/4 cup of KOH (see note below), our new anti foam agent and 8ft of 10g wire for a more complete installation. Complete kit includes all items pictured and described above. This design uses a primary 2qt tank/bubbler and the same secondary bubbler as the Gen IV design. Bubbler is included with the purchase. The unit has 20.25 square inches of plate area for a rated current draw of 10 amps. The unit produces more HHO gas energy than SS with less power required! This is due to the lack of Chromium or Fe ions in the gas to reduce it's potency. The rated output of this 5" x 5" 4 cell unit is .5LPM of high potency HHO gas. Rated for engines up to 3 liters.

OUR "554" KIT
For larger engines:
For engines over 3 - 6 liters, the 5" x 5" 8 cell unit is recommended. The same exact construction is used on this design, all that is changed are the number of cells in series. Dimensions of the unit are a 5.75" cube. Unit comes with everything described above except a bigger 3 qt. tank and is rated for 20 amps, putting out 1LPM of high quality gas.

OUR "558" KIT
Another option for engines over 3 - 6L is our best design yet, the Smacktanium 8" 4 cell unit. Able to draw 28 amps, this is the most efficient Titanium design we have made to date, with a 20% gain in efficiency over our 5" units! Able to produce up to 1.8LPM of high quality HHO gas, this unit is ideal for medium sized engines. The large 8.375" square aluminum endplates dissipate what little extra heat there is very efficiently. Smaller cell gaps make this our thinnest Titanium unit yet at less than 3" thick. The anodes and cathodes are douple pole tapped for better current distribution. Also comes with everything described above.
OUR "884" KIT
For engines over 6L is our MASSIVE Mega Smacktanium 8" 8 cell unit. Able to draw 56 amps, this unit also features the high efficiency of the 8" 4 cell unit. The unit can produce over 3LPM of high quality HHO gas, and is ideal for large diesel engines. The 8.375" square aluminum endplates dissipate what little extra heat there is very efficiently. The unit has huge plate area but is still less than 5" thick. The anodes and cathodes are also douple pole tapped for better current distribution. Also comes with everything described above - ask for larger tank options. Special with this unit is a custom fitted toolbox designed with truckers and heavy equipment operators in mind. This makes installs extremely easy.
